This is how we Crowned this week on mental health awareness.

Helping the girls alleviate anxiety and depression.

We had girls play Gratitude circle game. Gather in a circle, mention 3 things each one is grateful for and why they matter to them.

1.... Grateful for Family and loved one

2..... Grateful for health and well-being

3..... Grateful for Education and Growth.

And so many more as the girls mentioned and why they matter to them.

Together let's make a difference, change the mindset of the girls in the way that they will embrace positivity, strength, braveness sense of belonging acceptance and, confidence in their every day lives.
